Phase two of the four-step reopening plan detailed Monday by Gov. Andrew Cuomo would include the reopening of “professional services,” a definition that appears to include law firms and could dictate when attorneys start to return to in-office work.
Hank Greenberg, president of the New York State Bar Association, described the announcement as welcome news for the legal profession.
