The ninth annual “Milton Mollen Commitment to Excellence Awards” ceremony was held at the Appellate Division, Second Department in Brooklyn on Nov. 20. Eight recipients who have demonstrated professionalism, dedication and extraordinary service to their court or agency were presented with awards, named in honor of former Presiding Justice Milton Mollen.
The winners are, left to right, Michael Losi, New York State court officer, Supreme Court, Kings County; Valerie Buzzell, principal local area network administrator, Newburgh City Court; Rosalie Fitzgerald, chief clerk, Family Court, Nassau County; Rosann Romanelli, senior court clerk, County Court, Suffolk County; Lawrence Jones, supervising court aide, Criminal Term, Queens County, Jeffrey Alfano, chief court attorney, Richmond County Supreme Court; and Ellen Tallevi, senior court analyst, Grievance Committee, Second Department.
