The Appellate Division, Second Department, has released a list of 44 attorneys who are facing suspension for failing to register and pay a licensing fee in compliance with Judiciary Law §468-a. Attorneys have 30 days from the last date of print publication (Nov. 20) to submit proof establishing compliance with registration requirements.
