Gordon Caplan, the former co-chair of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, didn’t look any different at his Oct. 3 sentencing than he looked entering or leaving Boston’s federal courthouse throughout the criminal case against him. A black suit, a brisk walk, no apparent shakiness or tears.
