Hearst Communications Inc. has announced that Jonathan Donnellan and Mark Redman have been named vice presidents and co-general counsel.
Both men served as deputy general counsel at the New York City-based media company for the past seven years. They replace Eve Burton, who was named senior vice president and chief legal officer in February.
