Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft has added longtime Sidley Austin partner Joel Mitnick as it looks to strengthen its growing mergers and acquisitions practice.
Mitnick, a former antitrust trial lawyer with the Federal Trade Commission, was global co-head of Sidley’s antitrust and competition practice. He is joining Cadwalader as a partner in its antitrust group.
