In an effort to build out a top-tier litigation team in New York, Cooley has brought on longtime in-house lawyer Jonathan Kim as a partner for its local commercial litigation practice.
Kim comes from The Goldman Sachs Group Inc., where he spent more than a decade at the financial services titan, most recently as its vice president and associate general counsel for litigation and regulatory proceedings.
