Ryan Wilson has joined Lowenstein Sandler as a partner in the capital markets litigation and white collar criminal defense practices. He was previously an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York serving on President Obama’s residential mortgage-backed securities task force.

Tarter Krinsky & Drogin has added Guy Molinari as a partner in its corporate and securities practice. He was formerly a partner at Heller Ehrman and at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton.

Satoru Murase has joined Mayer Brown as a corporate & securities partner. He was previously at Morgan Lewis.

Polsinelli has added John Cleary as a shareholder. Prior to joining, he was at Vedder Price.

Judith Fiorini and Dmitriy Chelnitsky have joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as partners in the tax, employee benefits, and trusts and estates practice group. Fiorini joins from the Royal Bank of Canada, and Chelnitsky joins from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Nixon Peabody has hired Kathie Soroka, who was previously at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, for its affordable housing and real estate practice.

Brian Kaplan, a partner at DLA Piper, has been named U.S. chair and global co-chair of the firm’s employment practice.

Mark Ramsey has joined Katten Muchin Rosenman as a partner. He joins the firm from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

BakerHostetler has added Carmela Montesano as a partner. She joins from Greenberg Traurig.

Matthew Rizzo and Jessica Sheridan have joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as partners. Prior to joining, they were both at Sidley Austin.

Scarinci Hollenbeck has hired Jason LaBerteaux as counsel. He was formerly at Alix, Yale & Ristas.

Erik Andersen, Elizabeth Gable and Jared Zaben have joined King & Spalding. They join from Riemer & Bernstein.
