D.C. Circuit Overturns Judge Who Called Prosecution Deal Too Lenient

The D.C. Circuit appointed Jenner & Block partner David DeBruin to defend Leon’s decision. Jenner partner Adam Unikowsky argued the case. He declined to comment.
