Seven Charleston School of Law professors who were fired last summer amid InfiLaw Corp.’s unsuccessful bid to buy the school will return to campus in the fall of 2016 in a deal brokered by new owner Ed Bell.

“How could I not bring them back as part of the turnaround?” said Bell, a Charleston, South Carolina, attorney who bought a controlling stake in the law school in October and who plans to turn the for-profit school into a nonprofit. “These professors are what has made this school great.”
