Jenner & Block’s Washington office has a new managing partner this month, with current managing partner David DeBruin handing the job to Samuel Feder, a telecommunications partner.
Feder, 44, has served on the firm’s management committee since 2014 and co-heads its telecommunications practice. His work has focused mostly on mergers and acquisitions, including for client Charter Communications Inc. He was general counsel at the Federal Communications Commission from 2005 to 2008.
