Indiana Tech Law School will have to wait for the American Bar Association’s seal of approval. The Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar has denied the Fort Wayne law school’s bid for provisional accreditation.

In an interview Wednesday, dean Charles Cercone said the decision was a disappointment, but that investigators had provided useful feedback that will help when the school reapplies later this summer.
