U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is coming under criticism for recent comments she made about a Texas abortion law whose constitutionality could ultimately be decided by the high court.
In a New Republic interview published Monday, court scholar Jeffrey Rosen asked Ginsburg whether legislatures can be trusted to protect women’s access to reproductive choice.
