Barnes & Thornburg (Indianapolis): Darren VanPuymbrouck joins the firm’s litigation department as partner in the Chicago office and will focus on commercial litigation, toxic torts, class actions and products liability matters. Previously, VanPuymbrouck was a partner at Schiff Hardin.
Cozen O’Connor (Philadelphia): Ingrid Welch joins the firm’s private-equity and real estate practices as partner in the Philadelphia office and will focus on fund formation, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investment adviser and broker-dealer registration and compliance. Previously, Welch was a partner at Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss.
