Barnes & Thornburg (Indianapolis): David Schack joins the firm’s litigation department as partner in the Los Angeles office and will focus on insurance litigation and counseling for policyholders. Previously, Schack was a partner at K&L Gates. Additionally, Connie Lahn joins the firm’s finance, insolvency and restructuring department as partner in the Minneapolis office and will focus on bankruptcy law. Previously, Lahn was a partner at Fafinski Mark & Johnson.
Burr & Forman (Birmingham): Thomas Allen joins the firm’s tort trial and insurance practice as partner in the Atlanta office and will focus on litigation related to products liability, toxic exposure, environmental contamination and construction accidents and defects. Previously, Allen was a partner at Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial.
