Burr & Forman (Birmingham): Thomas Allen joins the firm’s tort trial and insurance practice as partner in the Atlanta office and will focus on litigation related to products liability, toxic exposure, environmental contamination and construction accidents and defects. Previously, Allen was a partner at Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial.

Greenberg Traurig: Nicholas Secco joins the firm’s litigation practice as partner in the Tampa office and will focus on products liability and commercial disputes. Previously, Secco was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis.
Holland & Knight: Richard Furey joins the structured finance and aircraft finance practices as partner and will split his time between the New York and Miami offices. He will focus on international and U.S. domestic asset and infrastructure finance. Previously, Furey was a partner at White & Case. Additionally, Howard Suh joins the intellectual property practice as partner in the New York office and will focus on patent litigation for life-science companies. Previously, Suh was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis in New York.
Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton (Atlanta): Heather Preston joins the firm’s corporate tax team as partner in the Atlanta office and will focus on federal income tax matters in connection with domestic and cross- border joint ventures and strategic alliances. Previously, Preston was a partner at Arnall Golden Gregory.
Littler Mendelson (San Francisco): Arthur Carter joins the firm as partner in the Dallas office and will focus on employment and labor law. Previously, Carter was a partner at Haynes and Boone.
