Previously, he worked for the Department of Justice Tax Division and in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia. He earned his J.D. from the College of William and Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law.
MARCANTONIO BARNES joins the corporate practice group as of counsel. Previously, he was general counsel to Archura LLC, a network infrastructure company. He earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.

DEVEN MCGRAW joins the firm as a partner in its health care practice. Previously, she was director of the health privacy project at the Center for Democracy & Technology. McGraw earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

STEPHEN SEEGER and MICHAEL ZISA join the firm as partners and will focus on construction, commercial and government-contract matters. The two bring five associates with them from Seeger P.C.
