Day Pitney: David Greenbaum joins the firm’s intellectual property group as partner in the New York office. Previously, Greenbaum was a partner at Edwards Wildman Palmer.

Faegre Baker Daniels: George Mesires joins the firm as leader of the financing and restructuring team in Chicago and will focus on finance, corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and general corporate matters. Previously, Mesires was a partner at Ungaretti & Harris.

Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan: Susan Langford joins the firm as partner in the Atlanta and New York offices. Langford will focus on municipal-finance transactions. Previously, Langford was a partner at Peck, Shaffer & Williams.

Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell (Los Angeles): Edward Grenville joins the firm as partner in the San Francisco office and will represent financial institutions in syndications, financing and other transactions. Previously, Grenville was a partner at Dentons.

King & Spalding (Atlanta): Ellen Snare joins the firm’s financial-institutions practice as partner in the New York office and will focus on debt financing. Previously, Snare was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis.

Norton Rose Fulbright: Kathleen Scott joins the firm as senior counsel to the New York office and will focus on financial regulatory matters. Previously, Scott was counsel to Arnold & Porter.

Perkins Coie (Seattle): Laura Zagar joins the firm’s environmental, energy and resources practice as partner in the San Diego office and will represent clients in approvals of energy and infrastructure projects. Previously, Zagar was a partner at Latham & Watkins.

Rimon (San Francisco): John Hintz joins the firm as partner in the New York office and will focus on patent disputes and other intellectual property matters. Previously, Hintz was a partner at Haynes and Boone. Additionally, Timothy Gladden joins the firm as partner in the New York office and will focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture-capital and private-equity investments, securities transactions and corporate matters. Previously, Gladden was a partner at Gladden Legal Group.

Squire Sanders: Alberto Cardenas joins the firm as partner and will split his time between the Miami and Washing­ton offices. He will focus on regulatory, government affairs and administrative law. Previously, Cardenas was founding partner at Tew Cardenas.

Venable (Washington): Angel Garganta joins the firm’s commercial litigation practice group as partner in the San Francisco office and will focus on advertising and commercial litigation. Previ­ously, Garganta was a partner at Arnold & Porter.

Zuckerman Spaeder (Washington): Lee Ann Stevenson joins the firm as partner in the New York office and will focus on commercial litigation. Previously, Stevenson was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis.

Manatt, Phelps & Phillips (Los Angeles): Arunabha Bhoumik joins firm’s litigation division as partner in the New York office. Previously, Bhoumik served as a prosecutor in the Criminal Division’s fraud section in the U.S. Department of Justice.

McGuireWoods: Suzanne Long rejoins the firm’s corporate practice as partner in the Richmond office and will represent clients in financings and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Long was executive director at the Virginia Resources Authority.
