Michael Koon and Carol Poindexter join the firm’s global legal practice as partners. Koon will represent pharmaceutical and medical-device companies in government investigations and litigation, and Poindexter will focus on regulatory, investigatory and litigation in health care and life sciences. Previously, Koon and Poindexter were partners at Shook, Hardy & Bacon. Koon earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and Poindexter earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
