Previously, Napoli was senior counsel to Proskauer Rose. Napoli earned his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law.

Larry Freedman, 51, joins the firm’s health care enforcement defense practice as partner in the Washington office and will focus on investigations of fraud and abuse involving government programs. Previously, Freedman was a partner at Patton Boggs. Freedman earned his J.D. from Yale Law School.
