Barnes & Thornburg (Indianapolis): Mina Amir-Mokri joins the corporate department as partner in the Chicago office and will focus on executive compensation arrangements, stock options and related agreements. Previously, Amir-Mokri was a partner at Edwards Wildman Palmer.

Bingham McCutchen: Juan Manuel Trujillo joins the firm’s corporate, finance and Latin America practices as partner in the New York office and will focus on transactions in Latin America. Previously, Trujillo was a partner at Arnold & Porter.

Cozen O’Connor (Philadelphia): Martin Gusy joins as chairman of the international arbitration practice in the New York office and will focus on cross-border disputes. Previously, Gusy was a partner at Gusy Van der Zandt.

DLA Piper: Teri Donaldson joins the firm’s litigation practice as partner in the Houston and Tampa offices and will focus on environmental, energy and white-­collar litigation and transactions. Previously, Donaldson was a partner at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan.

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn (Detroit): James Kamp joins the firm’s intellectual property litigation practice group as partner in the Bloomfield Hills, Mich., office and will focus on patent prosecution, opinions and licensing, and strategic counseling in the biotechnology and life sciences fields. Previously, Kamp was a partner at Rader, Fishman & Grauer.

Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck (Wood­bury, N.Y.): Anna Maria Tejada rejoins as a partner and director of the labor and employment practice in the Hackensack, N.J., office and will focus on management; directors and officers liability; professional liability; and general and special education law. Previously, Tejada was a partner at the Gonzo Law Group.

Kenyon & Kenyon (New York): Michael Zachary rejoins the firm’s litigation practice as partner in the Palo Alto, Calif., office and will focus on patents, trade secrets, trademarks and other intellectual property matters. Previously, Zachary was a partner at Christensen O’Connor Johnson & Kindness.

Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith (Los Angeles): Brant Dveirin joins the firm’s real estate and public agency practice in the Los Angeles office and will focus on business and real estate, municipal, housing, land use and environmental law. Previously, Dveirin was a partner at Best Best & Krieger.

McCarter & English (Newark, N.J.): Craig Bonnist joins the firm’s labor and employment law practice as partner in the Stamford, Conn., office and will represent management in employment disputes. Previously, Bonnist was founding partner at Bonnist & Cutro.

Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi (Minneapolis): Paul Gibbons joins the firm’s intellectual property litigation group as partner in the Boston office and will focus on patents, trade secrets and trade dress matters. Previously, Gibbons was a partner at Niro, Haller & Niro.

Hirschfeld Kraemer (Los Angeles): Christine Helwick joins the higher-education practice as of counsel to the San Francisco office. Previ­ously, Helwick was general counsel and secretary for the California State University system.
