Caroline Holland spent the past four years as chief counsel and staff director to the last antitrust subcommittee chairman, retired Senator Herb Kohl (D-Wis.). Now she’s implementing Klobuchar’s policy approach to antitrust — including pay-for-delay pharmaceutical deals — and examining the American Airlines/US Airways merger.
