Mark Molina directs legal affairs for SafeNet Inc., a Belcamp, Md.,-based information data-security company. Its more than 25,000 customers include the U.S. government, Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions. It was founded in 1983. San Francisco-based Vector Capital bought the company in 2007 for $634 million. SafeNet employs more than 1,400 people in about 40 locations worldwide.
Its products are used in wide-area networks, wireless networks, digital-rights management and other applications.
