Lathrop & Gage (Kansas City, Mo.): Jon Trembath joins as partner in the Denver office and will focus on intellectual property litigation. Previously, Trembath was a partner at Merchant & Gould.

Littler Mendelson (San Francisco): Tamika Nordstrom joins as partner in the Atlanta office and will focus on employment litigation. Previously, Nordstrom was a partner at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart.

Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton (Blue Bell, Pa.): Marc Abrams joins the reinsurance practice as partner in the New York office and will represent domestic and international insurers, cedents and reinsurers in dispute resolution. Previously, Abrams was a partner at Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch.

Paul Hastings: Chris Kennerly joins the firm’s intellectual property practice as partner in the Palo Alto, Calif., office and will focus on technology-based legal matters. Previously, Kennerly was a partner at Baker Botts.

Perkins Coie (Seattle): Sara Chenetz joins the financial transactions and restructuring group as partner in the Los Angeles office and will represent clients in restructuring, bankruptcy, workouts and litigation. Previously, Chenetz was a partner at Blank Rome.

Reed Smith: Mark Temple and Leah Rudnicki join the Houston office as partners. Temple joins the firm’s labor and employment practice and will focus on general employment litigation. Previously, Temple was a partner at Jones Day. Rudnicki joins the commercial litigation practice and will focus on energy litigation, business and commercial litigation and products liability defense. Previously, Rudnicki was senior counsel to Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.

Jones Walker (New Orleans): John Fletcher joins the tax and estates practice as partner in the Jackson, Miss., office and will focus on state tax controversies and incentives. Previously, Fletcher was state tax counsel at General Electric Co.

Manatt, Phelps & Phillips (Los Ang­eles): Steven Arnold joins the financial services and banking practice as partner in the Costa Mesa, Calif., office. He will focus on regulatory and operational issues for financial institutions. Previously, Arnold was managing counsel at Toyota Financial Services Corp.

Ropes & Gray (Boston): Alison Fethke joins as counsel to the Chicago office and will focus on legal and regulatory matters in the health care and life sciences industries. Previously, Fethke was division counsel, legal regulatory and compliance, for AbbVie Inc.

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton (Los Angeles): Jung Yeon Son joins the corporate practice as partner in the Palo Alto, Calif., office and will focus on fund formation and transactions. Previously, Son was associate general counsel at Technology Crossover Ventures L.P.
