G. Matthew Koehl, 45, has joined Holland & Hart’s Boise, Idaho, and Washington offices as of counsel to the government-contracts practice. Koehl represents commercial and defense contractors. Previously, he was assistant general counsel at Micron Technology Inc. He earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law.


Kimberly Reindl, 42, has joined Perkins Coie’s Washington office as senior counsel to the litigation practice. She concentrates on FCC matters. Previously, she was senior counsel to Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. She earned her J.D. and LL.M. from American University Washington College of Law and Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, respectively.


Moises "Moe" Vela, 51, has joined Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Washington office as a partner. He will continue to serve as president and CEO of Moe Vela LLC. He earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law.


Elias Hinckley, 41, has joined Sullivan & Worcester’s Washington office as partner in the environment, energy and natural resources group. Previously, he was a partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton. He earned his J.D. and LL.M. from Boston University School of Law and Georgetown University Law Center, respectively.


Steven Richardson, 64, has joined Wiley Rein’s Washington office as partner in the environment and safety practice. He focuses on regulation, public policy and litigation in energy and environmental matters. Previously, he was a partner at Van Ness Feldman. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington.
