Dorn "Bo" McGrath, 56, and David Hickey, 46, have joined Barnes & Thornburg’s Washington office as partners in the governmental services and finance department. McGrath focuses on federal, state and local government contracts. He earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School. Hickey focuses on federal contracts and defense and national security issues. He earned his J.D. from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. Previously, they were both partners at Greenberg Traurig.

Jon Kyl, 70, and Howard Berman, 71, have joined Covington & Burling’s Washington office as senior advisers in the global public policy and government affairs practice. Previously, Kyl was a U.S. senator from Arizona and the Senate minority whip. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. Berman was a U.S. representative from California and the senior member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. He earned his LL.B. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law.
