Jerry Howe, 57, has joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson’s Washington office as a partner in the government-contracts and aerospace and defense practices. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private-equity transactions in the aerospace and defense industry. Previously, he was senior vice president and general counsel at TASC Inc. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
