Burleson (Houston): Gary Johnson, a partner in the firm’s Houston office, has been named the leader of the corporate practice group, which focuses on oil and gas transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets, company formation and governance, real estate, bankruptcy and other matters.
