Previously, he was a partner at Oblon, Spivak, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt. He received his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.

Marlon Paz, 41, has joined Locke Lord as partner in the Washington office. He focuses his practice on securities matters, business litigation, white-collar criminal defense and internal investigations. Previously, he was principal integrity officer at the Inter-American Development Bank. He received his J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
