Brown Rudnick (Boston): Tuvi Keinan joins the firm’s real estate and restructuring practice as partner in the London office and will focus on cross-border restructuring and finance experience. Previously, he was head of European real estate restructuring at Morgan Stanley.
Caplin & Drysdale (Washington): Elan Keller joins the firm’s three tax-related practice groups as partner in the New York office and will focus on tax due diligence and structuring with respect to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and leasing transactions. Previously, Keller was managing director and tax director of Macquarie Holdings.
