Boutin & Altieri (Londonderry, N.H.): Robert Firriolo joins the firm as partner and manager of the Carmel, N.Y., office and will focus on complex commercial, insurance, construction and environmental matters. Previously, Altieri was a partner at Duane Morris.
Hiscock & Barclay (Syracuse, N.Y.): Yvonne Hennessey joins the firm’s energy and environmental practice areas as partner in the Albany, N.Y., office and will focus on representing clients in the oil and gas sector on a variety of issues including legislation, well permitting and project siting. Previously, Hennessey was a partner and chairwoman of the regulation and litigation practice at The West Firm.
McKenna Long & Aldridge: Christina Rogers joins the firm’s real estate practice as partner in the Atlanta office and will focus on representing institutional real estate investors, including pension fund advisers and real estate investment trusts. Previously, Rogers was a partner at Alston & Bird.
Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy (New York): Carlos Albarracín joins the firm’s global securities group as partner and will focus on advising clients on Latin American transactional matters in the energy and transportation industries. Previously, Albarracín was a partner at Chadbourne & Parke.
Morrison & Foerster: Thomas Man joins the firm as partner in the Beijing office and will focus on counseling Chinese and international clients on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, anti-monopoly law and investigations. Previously, Man was a partner in Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe’s Beijing office.
Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe: Martin Meissner joins the firm’s real estate group as partner in the Frankfurt, Germany, office and will focus on real estate project development and transactions. Previously, he was a partner and head of the German financial markets group and Frankfurt office at Simmons & Simmons.
Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease (Columbus, Ohio): Thomas Grace joins the firm as partner and leader of the Houston office’s bankruptcy practice. Grace will focus on insolvency and bankruptcy matters. Previously, Grace was a partner at Spencer, Crain, Cubbage, Healy & McNamara.
Katten Muchin Rosenman: Michael Rosensaft joins the firm’s litigation practice as partner in the New York office and will focus on representing businesses and individuals in white-collar criminal and regulatory enforcement matters and complex civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance and health care fraud. Previously, Rosensaft served as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York.
SNR Denton: Andy Roth joins the firm’s corporate and business transactions team as partner in the New York office and will focus on privacy, security and data strategy. Previously, Roth was chief privacy officer at American Express Co.
Stinson Morrison Hecker (Kansas City, Mo.): Marty Bregman joins the firm’s energy and environmental division as partner in the Kansas City office. Bregman will focus on representing public utilities, including entities regulated by the Kansas Corporation Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, in legal matters related to electric generation, transmission and distribution. Previously, Bregman was executive director of law at Westar Energy Inc.
Wiggin and Dana (New Haven, Conn.): James Goniea joins the firm’s franchise and distribution practice group as partner in the Philadelphia office and will focus on representing companies in the hospitality, automotive, quick-service and retail industries. Previously, Goniea was vice president and general counsel of American Driveline Systems Inc.
