He received his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2007. Robert Merten III focuses on litigation, with a particular emphasis on consumer finance, complex business, entertainment and title insurance litigation. Previously, he was an associate at Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2008.
Schiff Hardin: Livya Heithaus has joined the firms construction group as an associate in the Chicago office. Heithaus focuses on representing owners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in the private and public sectors of the construction industry. Previously, she was an associate at Holland & Knight. She received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2006.
