David Cowen, principal of the New York-based headhunter and consultancy The Cowen Group, launched right into dramatic predictions at the company’s annual invitation-only breakfast at the International Legal Technology Association conference on August 27. “There will be a fundamental shift in the marketplace,” he told an audience of about 50 e-discovery and litigation support managers at law firms and corporate law departments.
