Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton (Atlanta): Charles Pannell III has joined the firm’s intellectual property department as an associate in the Atlanta office. Pannell focuses his practice on technology litigation and intellectual property disputes involving patents, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights. Previously, Pannell was an associate at King & Spalding. He received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2004.

Andrew Albright focuses his practice on medical negligence and health care, products liability and commercial litigation and business disputes. Previously, Albright was an associate at Eichhorn & Eichhorn. He received his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law – Indianapolis in 2010. Claire Floore focuses her practice on asbestos litigation. Previously, Floore was an associate at Larsen Law Firm. She received her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2011.
