Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott: Five associates have joined the firm’s litigation practice in the Wilmington, Del., office. Previously, they were all associates at Elzufon Austin Reardon Tarlov & Mondell. Peter Murphy focuses his practice on litigation with an emphasis on mass tort and products liability litigation in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2007. Penelope O’Connell focuses her practice on general litigation matters. She received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2005. Christopher Popper focuses his practice on general litigation and environmental matters, including toxic torts, premises liability and other civil litigation matters. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2011. Krista Reale Samis focuses her practice on general litigation matters. She received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2006. Brian Tome focuses his practice on general litigation matters, including toxic tort, products liability, commercial litigation and asbestos litigation matters. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2008.
