Jones Day: Bruce Moorhead Jr. joins the firm’s banking and finance practice as partner in the Atlanta office and will focus on representing financial institutions in leverage and asset-based lending transactions and in workouts and bankruptcies. Previously, Moorhead was a partner at Hunton & Williams. Additionally, Kim Brown joins the firm’s business and tort litigation practice as partner in the Pittsburgh office and will focus on commercial and insurance litigation and the defense of products liability and toxic tort actions. Previously, Brown was a partner at Thorp Reed & Armstrong.
