Donald Griswold, 54, and Walter Nagel, 54, have joined Crowell & Moring’s Washington office as partners in the firm’s tax group. Both of them focus their practices on state and local tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, state tax planning and audit defense and litigation. Previously, Griswold and Nagel, both on the faculty of Georgetown University Law Center, were partners at Reed Smith. Griswold earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Nagel earned his J.D. and LL.M. from Rutgers School of Law — Newark and Georgetown University Law Center, respectively.

Kecia Reynolds, 43, has joined Goodwin Procter’s Washington office as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property litigation practice. She focuses on evidentiary hearings before the International Trade Commission, abbreviated new drug application district court litigation and appeals before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. Previously, she was an investigative attorney in the International Trade Commission’s Office of Unfair Import Investigations, where she focused on patent and trademark infringement matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
