John Terzaken, 38, has joined Allen & Overy as a partner in the antitrust practice, where he will lead the U.S. cartel defense practice. Previously, he was the director of criminal enforcement in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, where he oversaw cartel investigations. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Nathan Muyskens, 41, has joined Loeb & Loeb as a partner in the white-collar criminal defense, corporate compliance and investigations practice. Muyskens focuses on criminal antitrust, anti-corruption, and securities and commodities enforcement matters. Previously, he was a partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon. He earned his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law.
