Faegre Baker Daniels: Chris Cotterill joins the firm’s government team as partner in the Indianapolis office and will focus on assisting businesses, nonprofits and government clients in their interactions with state and local executives and legislative and regulatory bodies. Previously, Cotterill was chief of staff and corporation counsel for the city of Indianapolis under Mayor Gregory Ballard.
Baker & Hostetler: Garrett Cornelison joins the firm’s international trade and compliance practice group as partner in the Houston office and will focus on international trade laws and regulations. Previously, Cornelison was in-house legal and compliance counsel for McDermott International Inc.
Bingham McCutchen: Michael Barron joins the firm’s corporate practice group as partner in the Boston office and will focus on representing technology and life sciences companies in the areas of formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. Previously, Barron was a partner at DLA Piper.
Greenberg Traurig: Robert Bernstein joins the firm’s labor and employment practice as partner in the Morristown, N.J., office and will represent multinational and domestic corporations on labor and employment issues with an emphasis on litigation and counseling. Previously, Bernstein was a partner at Constangy, Brooks & Smith.
Holland & Knight: Stuart Saft joins the firm as co-chairman of the firm’s New York real estate practice group and will focus on major acquisitions, deal structuring, financing, leasing and condominium conversions and workouts. Previously, Saft was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf.
Littler Mendelson (San Francisco): Margaret Keane joins the firm as partner in the San Francisco office and will represent employers in cases involving wage-and-hour claims, restrictive covenants, discrimination and retaliation. Previously, Keane was a litigation partner and co-chairwoman of the global employment dispute resolution practice at Dewey & LeBoeuf.
Loeb & Loeb: Steven Kornblau and David Kostman join the firm’s real estate department as partners in the New York office. Kornblau will focus on commercial real estate law, and Kostman will focus on office and retail leasing, construction and development and the purchases and sales of real estate. Previously, Kornblau and Kostman were, respectively, a partner at, and counsel to, Bryan Cave.
Morrison & Foerster: Domnick Bozzetti joins the firm’s tax group as partner in the New York office and will focus on complex compensation matters that arise from mergers or acquisitions. Previously, Bozzetti was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf.
Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis (Philadelphia): Paul Jasper joins the firm’s business services department and its corporate and finance and creditors’ rights and business restructuring practice groups as partner in the San Francisco office. He will focus on representing clients in workouts related to collateral debt obligations. Previously, Jasper was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf.
