Carolyn Lamm knows her way around the globe. As a partner in international dispute resolution at White & Case, her work has spanned the Peruvian mountains, Italy, Uzbekistan, Bulgaria and many other points on the map. She has worked in emerging markets and represented government clients, including those of Indonesia, the Philippines and Bulgaria, in forums including the International Arbitration Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and the International Court of Arbitration.
Last year, she worked to return ancient Incan artifacts held by Yale University to the people of Peru for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the discovery of Machu Picchu. Lamm spends much of her time on bet-the-company fights before the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes, and on matters involving the North American Free Trade Agreement.
