Arnstein & Lehr (Chicago): Four attorneys have been promoted to partnership at the firm.
In the Chicago office, Jenifer Caracciolo practices in the firm’s litigation and labor and employment practice groups and focuses on employment, municipal and commercial litigation. Caracciolo received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2003. Laura Lau Marinelli practices in the firm’s litigation practice group and focuses on commercial, condominium and tort litigation. Lau Marinelli received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003. Tracey Salinski practices in the firm’s business organizations and transactions and health care practice groups and focuses on representing health care providers with regard to operational, managerial and governance issues; joint ventures; and compliance with federal and state health care regulations. Salinski received her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 1991.
In the Miami office, Andrea Cox focuses her practice on corporate defense, including products liability, medical device, personal injury and commercial cases. Cox received her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1999.

Peter Muhic focuses his practice on class actions and/or collective actions concerning the Fair Labor Standards Act, Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Fair Housing Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act and numerous state consumer protection statutes and laws. Muhic received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Matthew Mustokoff focuses his practice on securities and corporate governance litigation. Previously, Mustokoff was a senior associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Sharan Nirmul focuses his practice on securities and corporate governance litigation. Previously, Nirmul was an attorney at Grant & Eisenhofer. He received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School. Karen Reilly focuses her practice on securities litigation. Reilly received her J.D. from Pace Law School. Benjamin Sweet focuses his practice on securities litigation. Sweet received his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. Michael Wagner focuses his practice on class action transactional litigation and shareholder derivative litigation. Wagner received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Duane Morris (Philadelphia): Siegfried Ruppert joins the firm’s intellectual property practice as an associate and will focus on patent prosecution, patent interference, patent litigation, patent infringement analysis and opinion work in the biotechnology field. Previously, Ruppert was an attorney at Townsend and Townsend and Crew. He received his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 2003.
