The U.S. Supreme Court will consider the constitutionality of a law permitting the Palestine Liberation Organization or the Palestinian Authority to be sued in the United States on claims of having paid a convicted or killed terrorist's family for having committed a terror attack against a U.S. citizen.

On Friday, the justices agreed to hear appeals brought by the federal government and surviving family members and survivors of attacks in Israel allegedly carried out by terrorists rewarded with payments by the PLO or PA.
