Ogletree Deakins announced Tuesday that it will expand to Baltimore, Maryland, beginning in 2025 by combining with a labor and employment firm with a history of shaping U.S. labor law.
The Am Law 100 firm will merge with 77-year-old Shawe Rosenthal and add its 16 lawyers, including eight new shareholders.
