Two former Georgia poll workers awarded a $148 million defamation judgment against former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani claim that he has defamed them yet again and should be held in contempt.

Counself for plaintiffs Ruby Freeman and her daughter Wandrea “Shaye” Moss said in a new filing that Giuliani recently repeated false claims that they had tampered with ballots during the 2020 presidential election. The comments were allegedly made during two broadcasts held by Giuliani on the social media site X, formerly known as Twitter.
