John Eastman, the former law school dean who supported President-elect Donald Trump’s efforts to remain in power after the 2020 election, was placed on temporary suspension by the California bar in March.
As he fights disbarment—and criminal charges in Georgia and Arizona—Eastman has continued to apply his legal efforts in at least one forum where he’s still technically a member in good standing: the U.S. Supreme Court.
