Leaders of Womble Bond Dickinson (US) and Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie said Tuesday they will combine into a single firm of more than 1,300 lawyers at the start of 2025—culminating five months of discussions aimed at generating new markets and stronger practice areas for each.
