Gibson Dunn Files RICO Civil Lawsuit Against Overseas Ex-Banker With US Ties
The Central American Bank for Economic Integration alleges its former president Dante Mossi violated the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act through an "unlawful and corrupt crusade against CABEI," according to the lawsuit Gibson Dunn filed on behalf of the international regional bank.
