By most accounts, last Thursday’s U.S. Supreme Court hearing went badly for Colorado voters trying to kick former President Donald Trump off the ballot over his role on Jan. 6, 2021. Many court watchers have predicted Trump will win unanimously, or else by an 8-1 vote.
But the lawyer who argued the case remains optimistic.
