Barclay Damon has combined with Washington, D.C.-based Shapiro, Lifschitz & Schram, a move that the firms said will “accelerate growth” in their practice offerings and expand their footprint, according to a Thursday joint press release.
Shapiro Lifschitz’s 10 lawyers, three paralegals, and four administrative staff will join Barclay Damon, while continuing operations in their current 11,500-square-foot office space in downtown D.C., which will serve as the main D.C. office for the combined firm.
