U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit Judge James Wynn is taking senior status, according to the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts’ list of future judicial vacancies.

Wynn was appointed to the Richmond, Virginia-based appeals court in 2010 by President Barack Obama and occupies a seat in North Carolina. The AO’s website states that the date when Wynn will officially assume senior status—and the vacancy created—is to be determined.
