Steve Elster recalls the moment of disbelief when he heard then-candidate Donald Trump defend the size of his manhood during a presidential debate in 2016.

“I was just surprised that he felt there was anything that needed to be addressed,” the 59-year-old California employment attorney said Tuesday, adding that it was “so far beneath any topic for a presidential debate.”
